You are responsible for verifying all numbers before submitting your BTW aangifte to the Belastingdienst. If you have complex tax situations, consult a qualified Dutch tax advisor (belastingadviseur) or accountant.

AI limitations

The Helper uses artificial intelligence to assist with BTW questions. AI can make mistakes. Always double-check AI responses against official Belastingdienst guidelines before acting on them.

Accuracy of calculations

While we strive for accuracy, BTW Helper's calculations depend on the data you provide. Incorrect or incomplete invoice data will result in incorrect calculations. BTW Helper is not liable for penalties, corrections, or fines resulting from errors in your BTW return.
